For asphalt plants, membrane manufacturers, and bitumen distributors, maintaining an uninterrupted storage and heating process is critical. In this custom project, where hot bitumen delivered to the site via mobile tanks is safely transferred and processed using bitumen pumps, we integrated the following advanced engineering solutions:

Two 50-Ton Capacity Bitumen Tanks:<\/strong> The project features two 50-ton capacity vertical\/horizontal [bitumen tanks]<\/strong><\/a>, equipped with rapid heating capability and superior-quality insulation designed to minimize heat loss.

3-Mixer Bitumen Emulsion Tank:<\/strong> Specially manufactured for anionic emulsion production, the horizontal [bitumen emulsion tank]<\/strong> integrates 3 powerful mixers (agitators) to ensure maximum product homogeneity and quality.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

All heat requirements for the integrated storage and emulsion tanks are met with high efficiency by our in-house manufactured 500,000 kcal\/hour capacity fuel-oil fired [thermal oil heater]<\/a><\/strong>. Designed to provide a continuous and safe operation loop under demanding industrial production conditions, the thermal oil system is equipped with state-of-the-art safety controls:

Advanced Pressurizer Control:<\/strong> Integrated low-pressure and high-pressure switches continuously monitor line pressure fluctuations, safeguarding the entire system.

Smart Level & Temperature Management:<\/strong> Equipped with low and high oil level switches, the system keeps the thermal oil volume under constant control.
