Pendant toute la production, la temp\u00e9rature, le temps de m\u00e9lange, le dosage des polym\u00e8res et la dur\u00e9e de circulation sont surveill\u00e9s en continu par le syst\u00e8me d\u2019automatisation PLC.<br><br><strong>Le d\u00e9roulement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est le suivant :<\/strong><br><br>* Le bitume est chauff\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9servoir de stockage jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement d\u2019environ <strong>180 \u00e0 190 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<br>* Le bitume chauff\u00e9 est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 vers la <strong>cuve de m\u00e9lange PMB<\/strong> au moyen de pompes de transfert.<br>* Les additifs polym\u00e8res tels que le SBS, l\u2019APP et l\u2019EVA sont introduits dans le bitume en quantit\u00e9s contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par le syst\u00e8me de dosage automatique, puis un pr\u00e9m\u00e9lange est effectu\u00e9.<br>* Le produit pr\u00e9m\u00e9lang\u00e9 traverse le <strong>broyeur \u00e0 haut cisaillement<\/strong>, o\u00f9 le polym\u00e8re est dispers\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne dans le bitume \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle micronique.
