Le m\u00e9lange asphaltique contient une proportion \u00e9lev\u00e9e de granulats grossiers, ce qui entra\u00eene un espace vide important entre les granulats. Ces vides sont remplis de granulats fins, de charges min\u00e9rales, de bitume et de fibres de cellulose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Les m\u00e9langes d'asphalte coul\u00e9 en pierre (SMA) sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9s d'environ 70 % de granulats grossiers, 20 % de granulats fins, 6 % de bitume et 4 % de filler dans les m\u00e9langes d'asphalte chaud. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 produite pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 Kiel, en Allemagne, en 1960.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La densit\u00e9 croissante du trafic au fil du temps et les traces de surface caus\u00e9es par les atterrissages d'avions dans les a\u00e9roports ont rendu n\u00e9cessaire l'utilisation d'asphalte coul\u00e9 en pierre. L'asphalte coul\u00e9 en pierre pr\u00e9sente des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es sous charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">L'asphalte coul\u00e9 en pierre est utilis\u00e9 dans les ponts, les viaducs et les a\u00e9roports. Pour la production d'asphalte coul\u00e9 en pierre, une unit\u00e9 d'ajout de fibres de cellulose est utilis\u00e9e, qui est en outre install\u00e9e dans la centrale d'asphalte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">La fibre de cellulose introduite dans l'unit\u00e9 d'additifs pour fibres de cellulose est dos\u00e9e dans le m\u00e9langeur de la centrale d'asphalte. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Au cours de chaque cycle de m\u00e9lange, la quantit\u00e9 souhait\u00e9e de fibre de cellulose est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e par voie a\u00e9rienne vers le malaxeur de la centrale d'asphalte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Dans la production d'asphalte coul\u00e9 en pierre, il convient d'utiliser des granulats de basalte ou \u00e0 haute teneur en silice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Le bitume chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de 175-190 \u00b0C dans des r\u00e9servoirs de bitume est envoy\u00e9 au malaxeur de la centrale d'asphalte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Dans le processus de production d'asphalte coul\u00e9 en pierre, les granulats et les charges min\u00e9rales, envoy\u00e9s au malaxeur dans une plage de 175 \u00e0 190 \u00b0C, sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9s dans le malaxeur pendant 65 \u00e0 80
