The efficiency and performance of a stationary concrete plant depend on the quality and integration of its core engineering components.
1. Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer
The Twin Shaft mixer is the heart of the concrete plant. Equipped with high-torque drive systems, it quickly and uniformly mixes aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures to produce high-quality concrete. Replaceable wear liners and low-maintenance design ensure reliable, long-term operation.
2. Aggregate Bins & Weighing System
Aggregate bins store different sizes of sand, gravel, and crushed stone while ensuring accurate material dosing. Pneumatically operated discharge gates and high-precision load cell weighing systems guarantee consistent batching and precise recipe control.
3. High-Capacity Cement Silos
Depending on project requirements, bolted or welded cement silos with capacities ranging from 50 to 3000 tons can be integrated into the plant. Each silo is equipped with a dust collector, pressure relief valve, and fluidization system to ensure safe storage and continuous cement flow.
4. Fully Automatic PLC Control System
The plant is operated through a climate-controlled control cabin equipped with a SCADA-based PLC automation system. The software supports multiple languages, including English, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, and French, while providing recipe management, production reporting, ticket printing, and remote technical support.
