Large Storage Capacity: Aggregate feed bins are available in capacities ranging from 5 to 25 m³ per compartment, allowing configurations tailored to individual project requirements.

Optimized Material Flow: The specially designed hopper geometry minimizes material bridging and improves the flow of both fine and coarse aggregates. Optional vibratory motors further enhance material discharge.

Protective Safety Grizzly: Heavy-duty grizzly screens prevent oversized rocks and foreign objects from entering the system, protecting the conveyors and twin shaft pugmill mixer from damage.

Variable Speed Aggregate Feeding: Frequency-controlled belt feeders provide accurate aggregate dosing according to the selected production recipe, ensuring compliance with international road construction specifications.

2. Twin Shaft Pugmill Mixer for Superior Mixing Performance

The heart of every WMM Plant is its Twin Shaft Pugmill Mixer, designed to produce homogeneous Wet Mix Macadam (WMM), Plant Mixed Base (PMT), Cement Treated Base (CTB) and soil stabilization materials.

Wear-Resistant Internal Liners: High-chromium wear plates and mixing paddles provide excellent resistance against abrasive materials such as granite, basalt and crushed stone.

Continuous Production: An optional 20 m³ discharge storage hopper allows uninterrupted plant operation during truck replacement, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.

Homogeneous Mixing: The synchronized twin shafts ensure uniform moisture distribution and excellent material consistency throughout the mixing process.

3. Advanced PLC Automation & Unlimited Recipe Management (Optional)

Our WMM Plant can be equipped with an advanced PLC control system, allowing operators to manage the entire production process through a user-friendly interface with a single touch.

Unlimited Recipe Storage: The control system enables unlimited storage of production recipes for different project specifications, including highway authorities, municipalities and international construction standards. All production data can be recorded and retrieved for quality control and traceability.
